Best Practice Views

The following steps will help you to find the "Item Analysis Views for Best Practice" in Data Warehouse.

For 3-8 Assessments:

1. Go to Data Warehouse
2. Click "enter Data Warehouse portal"
3. Enter your (or your district's) username and password
4. Click "Public Folders"
5. Click "Elementary and Intermediate Cubes"
6. Click the grade level of the assessment you'd like to view
7. Click "WNYRIC Item Analysis for Best Practice - ... " for whichever assessment you'd like to view.
8. Click the "Step" you'd like to view.
9. Begin to drill down to the year, building, subgroup of students, etc.

For Regents Assessments:

1. Go to Data Warehouse
2. Click "enter Data Warehouse portal"
3. Enter your (or your district's) username and password
4. Click "Public Folders"
5. Click "High School Cubes"
6. Click the content area you want to view
7. Click "Item Responses"
8. Click the "WNYRIC Item Anslysis for Best Practice - ..." for whichever assessment you'd like to view.
9. Click the "Step" you'd like to view.
10. Begin to drill down to the year, test date (Jan, Jun, Aug), building, subgroup of students, etc.
